LIN is appointed by RSPRC- National Taiwan University, and RCEC- Academia Sinica, Taiwan. He is involved in the intersection of technology law and society for Sustainable Development and Disaster Risk Reduction, and conducts studies on Science Technology and Society, Comparative Law and Policy, and Risk Governance. His career highlights experience as legal or regulatory officials and statutory board member in the water, energy, or health sectors, and the Director of the Taiwan Environmental Law Association. ■CV download

彰化半線人、永續法學者，國立臺灣大學社會科學院法學博士，任職臺大風險中心博士後研究員、中研院環變中心博士後研究學者、台灣環境法學會理事、台灣發展研究學會理事，研究專長為《科技法學、防災法學、永續治理》，目前關注與進行〈氣候韌性、永續能源、化學安全、ESG法制〉等研究、講學、倡議、對話與協作，制度設計、策略規劃與持續落實風險治理內涵於公共政策、社會創新、公司治理、國家發展。發表文章於社會科學或科際整合領域，包括東亞、北美學術社群或臺灣政府出版之期刊；獲邀擔任SSCI、SCIE與Scopus收錄國際期刊審稿人；受頒臺灣積體電路股份有限公司Lab12創新獎、中華民國斐陶斐榮譽會員、臺灣災害管理學會研討會優秀論文獎。■簡歷下載
